Who comes up with these names? Isn't there a committee to review these things? A little bureaucracy can be a good thing. Well, there is a lot to do in Intercourse Pennsylvania.

We did get to make our own pretzels – you can buy the hand-twisted pretzels at hand-twisted pretzel prices. They were quite tasty.

We saw the Amish making candles. It certainly wasn't high tech, but no photographs were allowed in the "factory". Apparently the wax temperature is a trade secret as well... ok....
